Job Description
Hire Resolves client a reputable and growing engineering consultancy known for delivering highquality infrastructure solutions across South Africa is currently seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist to join their Cape Townbased team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to contribute to largescale multidisciplinary projects within a wellestablished and supportive environment.
Position: Civil Engineer / Civil Engineering Technologist
Location: Cape Town
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
Design of municipal services including preparation of related documentation
Produce technical deliverables for bulk earthworks platforms roads stormwater sewer and water services
Compile bills of quantities and technical project specifications in accordance with SANS codes
Monitor construction during project implementation
Prepare asbuilt drawings and closeout reports
Develop costeffective and innovative engineering solutions
Liaise with municipalities clients and multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements
Qualifications:
B Eng or B Tech in Civil Engineering (Nonnegotiable)
Eligible for ECSA professional registration within 2 to 5 years (advantageous)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil services design
Proven design experience in bulk earthworks sewer stormwater and water networks
Experience with Stormwater Management Plans (advantageous)
Proficiency in Civil Designer and AutoCAD
