About The Experience:

• 3Month Internship:June 16^th September 16^th 2025.
• Fully Paid Opportunity: $22/hr.
• Hybrid Role:Experience a blend of remote and inoffice work with 3 days onsite in our Chicago office.

About The Art Director Graduate Intern Role:

• Work across a variety of clients and projects.
• Use various mediums to express ideas in a visually engaging manner.
• Contribute to brainstorms for engaging ideas.
• Attend and collaborate on briefs from existing and prospective clients developing a wide range of compelling ideas.
• Have a passion for art direction and think in terms of big ideas with a strong knowledge of social content.
• Develop cohesive brand strategy.
• Knowledge and experimentation with AI is a plus.

About You:

• Academic Standing:Recent college graduate with a BA from an accredited college or university and 02 years of relevant experience.
• Field of Degree:Public Relations Advertising Communications Liberal Arts Marketing Journalism Business Fashion Media Health Communications Biology or related fields.
• Shared Values:Passion for community empowerment and a dedication to lifelong learning.
• Insightful and Proactive:You excel at uncovering insights and turning creative ideas into reality through your proactive approach.
• Internet Savvy:Youre a digital native fluent in social media trends and the depths of YouTube TikTok and Reddit.

Interview Process:

Hourly rate: $22/hr
