What Youll Do

As a Credit Specialist you will:

  • Serves as the liaison between B2B customers and Breg for the purpose of collection of outstanding customer

  • Identifies overdue payments addresses customer queries handles chargeback and/or deduction notifications records collection activity while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manages accounts on credit hold by reviewing new orders and analyzing customer aging credit terms and overall credit history to safeguard our accounts receivable.

  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the companys reputation and comply with the companys policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Bregs cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.

  • Responsible for promoting Bregs culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling

providing focused feedback and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of

commitment and accountability following the steps of: See it Own it Solve it and Do it.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.

What You Bring

  • An associate degree in accounting or the equivalent of 2 years B2B Credit and Collections experience is required.
  • Proven ability to be proactive problemsolve and multitask while managing a varied workload with constantly changing priorities.
  • 2 years working with standard accounts receivable reports including customer account aging is required.
  • Intermediate level MS Excel skills are required.
  • Oracle or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience is required.
