Working under direct supervision and with moderate difficulty this position is responsible for assisting with providing technical assistance and administrative support to communities and counties throughout the NACOG Region in the development implementation and completion of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) activities. This position is also responsible for handling the income qualification and client ranking process for NACOGs Housing Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study such as planning; and a minimum of one year experience in administration social services or other related fields OR an equivalent combination of education training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical Activity: Frequent sitting talking listening feeling and repetitive motion. Occasional standing walking pushing pulling lifting finger use and grasping.
Physical exertion: X Sedentary; Light; Medium; Heavy; Very Heavy. Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Visual requirements: Close visual acuity for compiling and analyzing data; viewing a computer screen; and reading.
Working conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
