Location Details: Pune
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office fulltime others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.
This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work inoffice as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter as decided by leadership. This product group is one of the key strategic pillars of GoDaddy with an important contribution to the companys revenue customer growth and innovation and this team is responsible for building a worldclass offering which make it a breeze to build. Generative AI is a suborganization within GoDaddy International Independents and focuses on developing AIdriven Tools. It focuses on advancing GoDaddy Airo an AIpowered toolkit designed to simplify and optimize key aspects of business management for SMBs. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Managerwith strong Product Management experience to lead highimpact fastpaced and largescale delivery programs within GoDaddys Generative AI suborganization.
What youll get to do...
- Drive the successful delivery of AIdriven products by managing complex crossfunctional programs working closely with Engineering teams to ensure seamless software development and release cycles.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects ensuring smooth and delivery of functionalities while collaborating with Product Management to define strategy requirements and success metrics.
- Anticipate bottlenecks manage risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Maintain and improve program tracking systems publish progress reports and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
- Optimize tradeoffs to balance business needs with technical constraints while achieving organizational OKRs.
- Lead program reviews drive alignment across teams and propose solutions to ensure continuous improvements in program management processes shaping the direction of our shared services.
Your experience should include...
- 4 years of Program Management and/ or Product Management in a technologydriven environment working directly with software engineering teams.
- Extensive experience with project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management.
- Proven track record of leading medium to largescale technical programs involving AI/ML or SaaS products.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams across engineering product and business functions building processes and coordinating release schedules.
You might also have...
- Experience with Generative AI NLP frameworks (Hugging Face GPT BERT) and large language models (LLMs).
- Software development methodologies cloud services (AWS GCP or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of MLOps practices machine learning pipelines and AIpowered SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies Jira and other program tracking tools.
