Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud Analyst and Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with substantial experience in HR technology and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The successful candidate will take a lead role in analyzing business requirements configuring and customizing the Oracle Recruiting Cloud application and providing expert support and guidance to enhance our talent acquisition processes.



Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis: Lead efforts to gather document and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring that the Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations align with organizational goals.

Advanced Configuration and Customization: Utilize indepth knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud to design configure and customize the application including:

  • Creating and modifying Human Resource Data Load (HDL) templates for effective data migration.
  • Implementing custom workflows approval processes and notifications to optimize recruitment operations.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for configurations and customizations ensuring functionality meets business needs and quality standards. Utilize tools for automated testing where applicable.

User Support and Training: Act as a primary point of contact for technical support related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud providing expert guidance to endusers and conducting training sessions to maximize platform utilization.

Documentation and Process Improvement: Create and maintain detailed documentation including configuration specifications process workflows and user manuals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR IT and other departments to ensure effective integration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud with other systems (e.g. HCM payroll) and alignment with organizational strategies.

API Integration: Design implement and manage APIs for data exchange between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other Oracle HCM modules or external systems ensuring seamless data flow and integration.

Change Management: Manage the implementation of new features and updates within Oracle Recruiting Cloud ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to recruitment processes.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative solutions to the team.



Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Recruiting Cloud are a plus.

Experience: 35 years of experience working with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar HR technology platforms with a proven track record of successful configuration and customization.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong experience with Human Resource Data Load (HDL) for data migration and integration.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications including the use of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Extensive experience with APIs for data exchange between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other Oracle HCM modules as well as integration with external systems.

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Talent Management Modules: Experience or knowledge of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules (such as Performance Management Goal Management and Succession Planning) is a plus as this will enhance the ability to align recruitment processes with broader talent management strategies.

Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions to complex challenges.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Leadership and Mentoring: Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.

Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate initiative in driving projects to completion while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction.
