Reports to the Director of Information Technology. Manages the development and maintenance of software programs to assist various departments in casino operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for all communications/upgrades/enhancements for various software system providers i.e. Konami Great Plains William hill etc.;
- Develops or manages the development of programs such as host management work order maintenance sports book tracking etc. as needed to support all departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with the I.T. Department in relation to the different software systems and programs such as Optima Micros Plantronics Konami Domain logins etc.;
- Maintain existing custom programs;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred High School or GED required
- 5 years related IT experience required 24 years in a casino environment preferred
Preferred:
Bilingual a plus
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
