Who Were Looking For:
Digital Mass is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce configuration customization and integration with a thorough understanding of the platforms capabilities and best practices. The Sr. Salesforce Developer will collaborate with team members including other Developers Consultants and Solution Owners on enterprise engagements. This position services client projects ensuring technical delivery is of the highest quality and aligns with business requirements. Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and Salesforce certifications are essential.
What Youll Do:
- Program test and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming custom components.
- Conduct indepth requirement analysis that translates into technical specifications.
- Design code test and document technical solutions.
- Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies.
- Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors.
- Mentor junior consultants ensuring their professional growth and development.
What Youll Need
- 3 5 years of objectoriented programming language experience (such as Java C# etc.
- 12 years of experience of Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
- Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with thirdparty systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

$110000 $140000 a year
Digital Mass is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $110000 $140000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills experience qualifications and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
