Job Description
Position: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: Hybrid
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong web applications using ES6 and CSS3.
- Develop and support APIs and microservices that power our applications.
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure smooth operation and performance.
- Integrate our applications with external systems like networks search engines and information services.
- Participate in both functional and technical discussions to ensure our solutions meet business needs.
- Understand business objectives and make sure they are achieved through our tech solutions.
- Help users by creating easy-to-follow documentation providing support tools and offering training.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure everything works together seamlessly.
- Estimate how long tasks will take and ensure theyre completed on time.
- Write clean efficient and well-tested code following best practices to ensure quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Create innovative web-based tools to support activism and community building.
- Develop and maintain custom web applications that enhance user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in and modern JavaScript (ES6).
- Great interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
- Self-driven and committed to improving your skills and work.
- Strong team management and collaboration abilities.
