Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Grow an existing set of clients and deliver against their stated goals and objectives
- Function as an evangelist with our enterprise clients driving more adoption
- Coordinate with other functions at Koddi to ensure client programs are successful and needs are met
- Analyze program performance and client needs to optimize delivery of services and solutions
- Serve as an internal voice of the client gathering and documenting business needs
- Identify and advocate for product and service changes that contribute to both the clients and Koddis success atlarge
WHAT SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE WILL YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree required
- 24 years of professional experience working with clients.
- Success in contribution to the growth of clients bottom lines a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify business opportunities/issues design appropriate tests/analysis and execute/optimize based on results.
- Digital media experience highly desired
- Experience with statistical analysis a plus
- Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
