The Sr Sales and Business Development Manager is an accomplished tenured and dynamic Senior Manager with a proven track record in the wireless telecommunications industry. This role requires a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator who can identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving market. Will manage new growth opportunities from inception until full with the ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders bringing the highest value to our company. Will serve as the external face of TMobile to prospect highvalue wholesale constructs owning the full sales cycle from outreach to full of the contract. Your job is to be highly strategic strongly tactic oriented and execute the projects engaging new partners and shorten the sales cycle to maximize revenue opportunities to feed targeted new partners in your funnel and drive them through the stages in the most efficient way to end with a winwin deal commitment. You will drive the creation and development of new partnerships structuring related product/service strategies vital to TMobiles wholesale business. This leader will be responsible for progressing the new partners opportunities through the funnel stages to close the deals delivering against the targeted metrics managing the forecast process and delivering against the business plan and forecast. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain the support and approvals required to accelerate the full of the new partner deals. You will also work with the MVNO and IoT existing portfolio teams to hand off accordingly the customer management upon the signature of the contract or during the onboarding process.Job Responsibilities:
Manage and drive the complete sales cycle of new WLS partnerships: a) Structure complex strategic WLS partnerships b) develop key economic business and operational models C) negotiate winwin commercial terms maximizing the value of the deal d) drive and execute detailed contracts with support from the Legal team. Establish repeatable processes to prioritize and close new opportunities.
Responsible for identifying new wholesale opportunities building & managing sales funnel close deals and meeting and exceeding the sales objectives.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by leadership as needed.
Education:
Bachelors Degree Business Marketing Finance or related field or equivalent experience(Required)
Master in Business Administration Preferred)
Work Experience:
10 years of progressive experience in business development roles within the wireless telecommunications industry.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and business goals.
Strategic Sales and Business Development experience in wholesale wireless hightech or consumer electronics industries or with wireless industry OEMs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Negotiation : Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills. Experience in negotiating complete complex contracts/exhibits RFP and RFI responses comarketing agreements and related documentation and collaboration (Required)
Analysis : Exceptionally strong strategic industry and financial/economic analysis skills. Solid Excel financial modeling skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data customer behavior and industry trends. (Required)
Modeling: Experience leading business case modeling for complex >$100M/year deals Required)
Strategic Data Driven : Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment. Ability to analyze and model data for the development of specific strategies goals and tactics. Required)
Wireless technologies: Sound technical foundation understanding of key wireless and internet technologies and understanding wireless telecom network and OSS/BSS technologies (required)
Product Knowledge: Keen and broad business acumen understanding of a wide range of wireless business models (Required)
Presentations: Expert presentation and public speaking skills (Required)
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills including Clevel permanent interaction negotiation and presentations. Proven ability to cultivate and maintain executivelevel relationships. (Required)
Management: Experience as analyst or engagement manager for top tier management consulting firm with experience in mobile telecommunications (Preferred)
Cross Functional team Building: Strong crossfunctional experience with engineering operations finance product development marketing and other business groups (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
