Were hiring a oneyear Associate Communications to support communications and marketing regarding our significant marketbuilding work as Realize Capital Partners.
In our work as Realize Capital Partners were a fundoffunds manager for the Government of Canadas Social Finance Fund an innovative initiative to growth the social finance market and strengthen social purpose organizations. ROLE DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Head of Reporting and Communications the Associate Communications works alongside all teams to communicate the impact of our marketbuilding work as Realize Capital Partners delivering clear compelling communications materials. The work is varied involving planning writing editing designing analyzing amplifying and marketing. A creative competent and versatile behindthescenes doer the Associate Communications will both lead and deliver on some key projects over the year.
Note: This role is being offered as a fixedterm position for 12 months.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- The Associate Communications will be focused on helping to deliver a wide range of materials to showcase our work for market participants:
- Materials development: Work with teammates and external suppliers to develop create and promote publicfacing communications and marketing materials. Materials include videos web content blog posts social media content presentations advertising creative visualizations and impact reports
- Marketing including building our engagement with key audiences through social media and advertising
- Reporting: Support the creation of project reports for the Government of Canada and a publicfacing impact report about Realize Fund I
QUALIFICATIONS
On your resume we ask that you demonstrate the following:
- Training a degree and/or at least three years of relevant work experience in communications marketing editing or similar
- Experience delivering publicfacing engaging communications or marketing
- Interest in and some knowledge of impact investing the social finance market or the social purpose sector in Canada
- Relevant software skills (with for example Wordpress Mailchimp inDesign)
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in both French and English is considered a strong asset
- That you are legally able to work in Canada without restrictions

Salary:$65000 $75000 a year
