Job Description
- Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking a Nurse for QA in home health and hospice in Livonia MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in patient care adhering to industry regulations and maintaining accurate documentation. - Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of patient records to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in home health or hospice
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
