Role: Sales Manager (Venues: Stadiums & Arenas)
Department: Sales

Reports into: Head of Location Based Experiences

ABOUT THE ROLE

Disguise is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the Stadium and Arena vertical. Youll focus on helping major sports and entertainment venues enhance their fan experiences through cuttingedge realtime graphics immersive visuals and dynamic content powered by Disguises marketleading technology.

This is a highly strategic role where you will identify and engage with venue owners operators integrators and AV consultants to drive adoption of Disguises solutions across the venue landscape ranging from LED ribbon boards and jumbotrons to immersive halftime shows and branded sponsor activations.

Target accounts include major venues such as Madison Square Garden SoFi Stadium MercedesBenz Stadium and new build/renovation projects across North America. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of Disguises solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Act as an individual contributor within a collaborative and supportive sales team
  • Lead new business sales cycles valued at $100K$1M in the Stadium and Arena space
  • Design and execute a strategic gotomarket plan to grow Disguises footprint in venues
  • Build strong relationships with venue executives ownership groups experience designers technical directors and integrators
  • Forecast accurately within Salesforce and Clari for both product and services pipelines
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations demos and proposals
  • Collaborate with marketing to build targeted campaigns and thought leadership across the sports & entertainment market
  • Represent Disguise at key industry events (e.g. SBJ NAB Leaders SportsPro InfoComm Idea Conference) and deliver public presentations as a subject matter expert

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 5 years of endtoend B2B sales experience across the sports and entertainment market preferably in AV tech live events and/or large venue installations
  • Strong experience closing complex technical sales $100K$1M) and navigating long sales cycles in the venue space
  • Deep understanding of stadium operations AV integrations and stakeholder ecosystems (e.g. facilities content teams sponsorship IT broadcast)
  • Experience with structured sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC BANT)
  • Proven track record building strong relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience forecasting sales for 3months1year
  • Comfort in public speaking roles and representing brands at industry events
