Summary
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists the Director of Strategy and Operations in a variety of office support and/or administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar coordination room reservations and scheduling of meetings; office operations coordination event coordination; travel arrangement preparation; meeting preparation; budget management/processing of financial transactions; data entry; preparation of correspondence communications agendas and documents; taking notes; supply ordering; tracking of metrics; answering phones and greeting constituents. The nature of work is primarily manual. The position completes routine tasks with a limited degree of supervision.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
Required Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experience
OR
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Commitment to the values of an institution of higher education.
Budget and accounts management expertise.
Customer service experience.
