Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate L2 Network Automation Engineer
We are seeking an L2 Network Automation Engineer to support our network operations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with network troubleshooting automation tools and scripting to optimize network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform L2level network support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist in configuring and managing network devices to ensure optimized performance.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for network provisioning and configuration management.
Implement and support ZeroTouch Provisioning (ZTP) processes for network devices.
Monitor network health detect anomalies and assist in automationdriven remediation.
Work on Itential NetDevOps framework for managing network changes.
Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Experience in network operations or automation.
Solid understanding of routing & switching concepts.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python Bash or other scripting languages.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with network automation tools like Ansible Itential.
Exposure to DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Handson experience with modern automation tools and frameworks.
