Size and functions of local team:
- Growing team to 4 AEs now
Role description:
New sales leader great guy people like to work for.
2/3 month sales cycle
30K ARR deals
700K ARR target 5x OTE)
Build 60/70 pipeline yourself (many contacts that are easy to target they have huge lists) but also get inbound etc. and hiring BDRs overtime.
Strong marketing strong inbound stream.
Growth perspective: Potential to grow into leadership
Must haves: Attitude and Aptitude very important needs someone thats accountable.

- Executive presence (experience selling to Clevel)
- Intelligence ambition drive enthusiasm energy etc.
- At least 2/3 years of closing experience in B2B environment
- BDR experience or strong prospector
- Lets really focus on 80 rated people
Nice to haves:
- UK native/Dutch native
- Selling into Marketing DMUs or Martech experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 80K base 60K commission uncapped
