Your position is within the Enterprise Management team. Here you will work alongside your colleagues to advise large practices and clinics and actively drive digitalization in these facilities with your skills.
Your contribution:
Project Management: Planning management and implementation of software implementation projects in MVZ practices and clinics.
Technical Integration: Ensuring interoperability between our innovative software solutions from the CGM one world CGM one: Allinone PraxissoftwareLsung and existing systems (e.g. PVS KIS rehabilitation).
Interface Management: Coordinating and supporting the development team in connecting and configuring interfaces for smooth data exchange.
Customer Consultancy: Analyzing requirements identifying optimization potentials and customizing solutions individually.
Training & Project Introductions: Planning and conducting training sessions and accompanying onsite golives.
Exhibitions & Customer Presentations: Representing the company and our solutions at trade fairs customer events and presentations.
Stakeholder Management: Communicating and coordinating between internal and external project participants.
Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to schedules budgets and quality standards.
What you bring along:
Experience: Several years of experience in IT project management ideally in the healthcare sector.
Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of software solutions as well as integration and interoperability of IT systems in healthcare or a comparable field.
Interface Competence: Initial experience with interfaces in a software environment is an advantage (not a disqualifier).
Methodological Competence: Experience with agile and traditional project management methods (e.g. Scrum PRINCE2 PMI).
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex IT topics understandably to different target groups.
Presentation and Training Skills: Experience in conducting training sessions workshops and product presentations.
