Kitchen Manager Columbia SC
A wellestablished familyowned restaurant group based in the Southeast is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead the backofhouse team at a highvolume fullservice concept in Columbia SC. If youre a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced kitchen and knows how to keep things running smoothlywe want to talk.
As Kitchen Manager Youll:
- Support daytoday kitchen operations
- Help train and supervise BOH team members
- Ensure food is prepped cooked and plated to spec
- Monitor cleanliness safety and food handling practices
- Assist with ordering inventory and controlling food and labor costs
- Work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager and FOH leaders
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or KM experience preferred)
- Comfortable in highvolume fastpaced scratch kitchens
- Strong communication and teambuilding skills
- ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)
