What You Will Be Doing
Administrative support for the Colorado Aggregates business.
- Create purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP
- Track Purchase Orders in a ledger.
- Receive on Purchase Orders in Oracle ERP.
- Work with Accounts Payable on payment status inquiries and disputes
- Gather account statements from vendors.
- Receive and organize invoices from vendors.
- Work closely with Purchasing department to:
- Update POs
- Onboard new vendors
- Change order requests
- Assist Land and Resources department in purchasing document filing etc.
- Work with operations and sales management team to ensure accurate financial cost tracking.
- Work with Finance department to close each month and perform accruals as needed.
- Other duties as requested
RATE: $26.00 and up.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required Associates Degree or higher preferred
