Policy Review and Analysis 30:
Support the collection and organization of AIrelated policies from selected higher education institutions.
Conduct initial reviews of institutional documents to identify relevant sections related to AI ethics usage research and teaching.
Assist with coding and categorizing policy data for comparative document analysis.
Help summarize findings and emerging themes from policy documents.
Administrative & Research Support 10:
Maintain organized documentation for study procedures and data.
Attend regular research team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
Assist with preparing presentations reports or manuscripts related to the study.

Work Schedule This is a parttime position requiring approximately 5 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can be adapted to accommodate the students academic commitments. Work will be conducted in a hybrid format with a combination of inperson tasks on the University of Kansas Lawrence campus and remote work.
Oncampus hours 12 hours/week) may include attending research team meetings supporting coordination with KUbased participants and accessing university resources.
Remote hours 34 hours/week) will involve independent tasks such as reviewing documents organizing data and contributing to analysis or report preparation.
