Job Description
Automotive Assistant Service Advisor/Service Writer (Chillicothe OH):
The role of an Automotive Assistant Service Advisor is to greet customers promptly when they enter the service area obtain their information and report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. This position also requires the employee to recommend needed maintenance based on age mileage and history of the vehicle and complete an accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Applicants should be good with time management skills and have a proven track record of achieving or overachieving goals. This position will require outstanding communication skills as this job demands that customers be updated frequently with the progress of their vehicle. This employee will also verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order and explain all completed work and charges to customers. Constant contact with customers will require applicants to have a professional work ethic a great attitude and highenergy personality and superior customer service skills.

Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license and an insurable driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in an automotiverole is required
- Dealertrack and XTime System experience is preferred but is not required
- Toyota Nissan Honda or Ford/Lincoln experience is a plus!
- Customer Service focused mentality
- High volume mentality ability to work well in a fastpaced and diverse environment
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills; must speak clearly and professionally
- Must have a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policy and schedule requirements which include evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism teamwork organization and customer service
