In this role you will be working as an Customer Service Representative for a client in the manufacturing Industry. This position will be responsible for working with customers and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
Requirements
- Able to interact with dealers customers and distributors via phone and email to help with questions or concerns
- Able to do parts research and handle warranty issues
- Work with internal departments
- Mechanical knowledge/assembly experience
- Strong communication skills
