Description of the role:
NorthStar Buick GMC Inc. is currently seeking a detailoriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator/Cashier. In this role you will be responsible for handling warranty claims providing excellent customer service and managing financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
Communicate with customers regarding warranty issues
Handle cashier duties including processing payments
Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
