Responsible for providing registrar services to all students faculty and staff at GMC instructional sites. Providing direct administrative support to the GMC Office of the Registrar reviewing each students transcript and entering it into the database to ensure prior coursework is transcripted for all transfer students efficiently and accurately. When a course equivalency is not in the system the Registrar Assistant works with a qualified evaluator in the field to evaluate the course and then that information is entered into the system. Responsible for the processing of all degree applications. Verify that transcripts reflect degree requirements. Notify students of results and assist students with solving any outstanding issues. Track and maintain reports for BAS Reverse Transfer Dual Enrollment and Academy Scholars. Post all degrees and honors to the transcript. Type print and mail diplomas for all campuses.
Minimum Required: Associate degree or commensurate 2years) experience working in an office setting.
Experience: 35 years of experience in a customer service setting.
