Job Description
Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities
- Verify and match purchase orders to invoices
- Post invoices for 5 stores
- Reconcile statements for 5 stores
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
- Establish and maintainrelationships with new and existing vendors
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheet and updating information as needed
Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in AP
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Developed written andverbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure records and reports are accurate
- Selfstarter with ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong project management skills. Able to work multiple projects simultaneously and flexible enough to handle lots of information at once
- Accounting degree(preferred not required)
- Experience in automotive dealership(preferred not required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
