Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support various HR functions gaining exposure to compensation benefits talent management and recruitment processes
- Assist in the of several strategic HR projects
- Update and maintain employee profiles and personnel records in HR systems
- Conduct data analysis to support HR decisionmaking
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Human Resource Management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to commute to Wakefield MA for the duration of the internship
