For our growing finance team we are looking for a Controller (all genders).

As Controller you will play a key role in securing our companys internal controls. Youll prepare special reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and evaluate our companys figures. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

As Controller you will play a key role in securing our companys internal controls. Youll prepare special reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and evaluate our companys figures. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
The role described here offers the following challenges:
- Establish and further develop a companywide controlling and reporting system
- Prepare regular reports forecasts and adhoc analyses for Management and the Executive Board
- Oversee internal reporting for the German entities in close collaboration with the corporate team
- Prepare variance analyses and explain results at various levels of the group; closely coordinate with senior management on all businessrelated matters
- Responsible for monthly forecasting as well as annual (multiyear) planning and budgeting
- Support the optimization and expansion of controlling processes and systems across all functional areas (e.g. Sales Utilization HR Marketing IT)
- Manage our management reporting system (based on Tagetik & Power BI) in coordination with the corporate team
Who you are
In addition to a strong cando mentality and controlling experience you own the following qualities and qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling Finance or a comparable field
- At least 56 years of professional experience in controlling ideally in a service or consulting environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset strong commercial skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- Experience in establishing or further developing controlling structures is a plus; solid expertise in reporting planning and analysis processes
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in common BI tools (e.g. Power BI and Tagetik)
- Strong analytical abilities initiative and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a targetgrouporiented manner
- High IT affinity strong numerical skills and a high standard of quality
- Service and teamoriented personality with a handson mentality
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
