Job Description
Adobe is in search of a Senior Manager to lead the EMEA Adobe Cyber Defense Center team of security engineers and professionals within the Cyber Operations Security organization. This groundbreaking opportunity empowers you to shape and implement powerful security strategies at one of the most innovative companies worldwide. Your responsibilities will include developing and enforcing security policies managing cyber security budgets and coordinating a dynamic team of security experts.
As a visionary leader you will effectively implement strategies to protect Adobes SaaS architectures ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Your role will be crucial in driving security operations encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment and leading the charge in cyber defense.
Responsibilities
- Lead an agile highly collaborative and passionate team focused on cyber security operations.
- Work closely with global teams (developers SREs Engineering Managers Product Managers Program Managers) to define security requirements and priorities.
- Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies manage budgets and ensure flawless mentorship for project delivery.
- Coordinate team progress provide regular feedback and anticipate and resolve potential conflicts.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of standards policies guidelines and architectural principles aligned with Adobes cyber security goals.
- Review and influence technical decisions and security features.
- Mentor and grow your team setting ambitious goals and reviewing their performance.
- Encourage your team maintaining high team cohesion and a healthy dynamic.
- Improve development and operations processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in cyber security engineering and operations.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science Security Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of security engineering and operations experience.
- Proven people management skills leading teams of 10 and managing extensive projects.
- Expertise with security tools practices and software security implementation.
- Strong ability to identify security requirements throughout the system life cycle.
- Outstanding understanding of business context and customerfocused.
- Ability to motivate encourage and grow team members.
- Strong ambition selfdrive and outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing cloud software services security and managing Cyber Security Incidents.
- Experience with new product development.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge in agile practices.
- Proficiency in securing SaaS model services and operations.
