Details of the Division and Team:
As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include largecap and midcap corporates financial institutions governments government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
- Support origination and of IB business with a strong focus in financial institutions coverage
- Due diligence of clients and markets
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Participation in marketing efforts including preparation of client presentations and pitches
- Handle day to day client queries on all related matters
- Attend client meetings including and pitches
Your skills and experience:
- Prior work experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Corporate Finance
- For Vice President level minimum 7 years of experience
- For Associate level minimum 3 years of experience
- Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
- Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
- Highly motivated and selfdriven with ability to multi task
- Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
