What youll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pickup truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

• Logistics Cost Management: Calculate logistics costs based on supplier location and transportation rates. Analyze and optimize processes to minimize costs.
• Inbound Logistics Planning and Optimization: Develop logistics concepts for inbound materials from our suppliers worldwide. Optimize existing concepts to enhance our efficiency and sustainability. Follow up on the implementation of measures and asses their effectiveness.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound logistics processes. Create comprehensible reports and use them to derive optimization measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance across all processes.
• Corresponding to your individual skills you may be asked to perform appropriate tasks in logistics planning that are not explicitly included in this job posting.

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia South Carolina.
• The responsibilities of this role require 34 days of attendance per week in office with inperson meetings and events regularly.
• Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the companyfrom time to time.

• 24 years of proven professional experience in structuring analyzing and developing a multimodal transportation network solution preferably at a North American Automotive OEM
• Experience with data analytics and visualization using BI tools like PowerBI
• Experience with logistics costs calculation and cost management
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills attention to detail and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Ability to independently work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative collaborative and open mindset and drive to think out of the box

Pay Transparency

This is a fulltime exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range $80000.00 $90000.00
