As an Education Specialist in our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITTC) program youre at the heart of helping young people thrive and reconnect with their education. Your mission To ignite a passion for learning and provide unwavering support to these resilient individuals. Whether theyre in our therapeutic residential care Intensive Therapeutic Transitional Care (ITTC) or engaging with the community your dedication ensures they rediscover the joy of education stay on their path and unlock their true potential.

Primary objectives:
As an Education Specialist youll be a bridgebuilder connecting young people with education providers to bring innovative education programs to lifeprograms rooted in MacKillops values and the essential elements of Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITTC).
Your role To craft personalized education plans that align seamlessly with each young persons therapeutic and case plan. Collaborating with the young person their family key supporters and education providers youll design plans that address educational needs and socialemotional growth. The goal To boost participation increase engagement and create a supportive environment that minimizes absenteeism and exclusions.

We have a Permanent Parttime opportunity 19 hours a week days are Flexible) available based in Wilton NSWwithin our MacKillop Education Program. The Education Specialist is a member of the ITC team and reports to the ITC Coordinator.
