Make a Difference
The Patient Access Representative will serve as the first point of contact when visitors enter our facilities and is responsible for all aspects of customer service. This position will be responsible for checking in and out appointment scheduling registration verifying demographics insurance verification telephone coverage data entry authorizations preregistration new patient referrals point of service collections and other duties as assigned. The Patient Access Representative is an ambassador to fulfilling our network vision to simply deliver an exceptional experience with every life we touch.
