THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced performancedriven environment and will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product that addresses a business need and represents a viable business opportunity. You will work alongside our team of world class product managers engineers data scientists marketers UI/UX designers and storefront team to own our new (soon to launch) mobile app.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the customers postorder selfservice and customer service product experience
- Develop and actively maintain product roadmap to improve product in ways that have the biggest impact on company KPIs
- Work crossfunctionally with business UI/UX data science engineering and other product leaders to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across different functional areas
- Develop innovative ways to use AI to improve both the customers experience and the CS teams experience
- Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in engineering sprints
- Manage risks in and spily unblock team to reach goals
- Define and monitor KPIs making quick adjustments to ensure strong performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Overall 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in product management role for ecommerce marketplace or other transactional products
- Track record of growth in prior roles
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
- Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
- Deep user empathy and understanding of user experience requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of tackling ambiguous problems
- Proficiency in SQL to independently analyze data uncover customer insights and monitor key performance metrics
- Experience working in a high growth consumer business whether eCommerce or other industries
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family background skills and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the positions impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
