Custom Agri Systems is a leading industrial and mechanical contractor specializing in grain handling equipment. Family owned and operated for over 43 years we are committed to providing quality workmanship and a great place to work for our employees. In our Beloit Ohio location we are looking to expand our team with a dependable and motivated Parts & Warehouse Associate.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Parts & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations a solid understanding of agricultural equipment partsespecially grain handling systemsand the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive store and organize incoming parts and inventory
- Locate and identify correct parts using parts books catalogs and software
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Pick and prepare parts for service techs and customers
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading/unloading shipments
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and safe
- Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret parts books and equipment manuals
- Knowledge of grain handling systems and related equipment is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Basic computer skills for parts lookup and inventory tracking
