Manage endtoend onboarding and offboarding processes in line with defined SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams clients and thirdparty vendors to ensure smooth transitions
Trigger communication workflows and ensure proper documentation and compliance
Employee Helpdesk Management:
Address and resolve HRrelated queries promptly and empathetically
Collaborate with payroll legal and tech teams for issue resolution
Maintain accurate documentation and logs for audits and process improvements
Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:
Stay informed on labor laws and statutory regulations in assigned countries
Ensure HR processes and documentation meet local compliance standards
Partner with legal teams to roll out policy updates when required
SLA Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor SLAs for onboarding/offboarding and employee helpdesk tickets
Generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) on operational metrics and resolution timelines
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement strategies
24 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor laws (MEA region experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fastpaced global environment
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Zoho People BambooHR or similar) is a plus
