In your role as Customer Service Manager at Campus Founders Ventures you coordinate services and activities for members and create a vibrant welcoming atmosphere that fosters interaction and collaboration.
Your fields of action in a glance:
- Development of offers and their as part of a scalable residency program.
- You are the main point of contact for our residents and see yourself as their host creating an optimal working environment.
- You track and evaluate how residents make the best use of the services we offer and participate in activities you invite.
- You become an expert for our residents understanding their individual needs providing tailored advice and developing customized service offerings.
- You focus on the users and residents with the goal of maintaining existing partnerships and developing new residents into longterm partnerships.
- You accompany our residents from onboarding to offboarding both through our digital tools and personally within our space.
- You assist in defining workflows and UX/UI requirements for our digital applications to ensure a seamless user experience for the residents.
- You are responsible for maintaining and updating user accounts in our CRM and management system including managing the deal flow and overseeing contract and invoice management.
Youre a good fit for us if you bring the following:
- You have completed training or a degree in hospitality business administration or relevant experience in membership management partnership or partner success.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to interact effectively with members and handle their concerns professionally.
- Your approach is innovative and proactive; you develop and implement ideas to enhance member engagement.
- You bring initial experience working with data management systems and operational processes and add knowledge about HubSpot and OfficeRnD as a plus.
- You are fluent in German and in English spoken and written.
