Make a Difference
The Network Systems Analyst is principally responsible for supporting Enterprise infrastructure equipment including troubleshooting repair and maintenance of layer 2 devices and related Enterprise infrastructure systems. This role requires minimal supervision from senior team members. Additionally the Analyst will assist in the installation of a new unified communications system for the enterprise team.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problemsolving.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two 2 to five 5 years of experience in Network Administration or related technologies preferred.
Knowledge of OSI Model and familiarity with Cisco network hardware is highly desired.
Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
This position may participate in future oncall rotation. Candidates should be prepared to provide oncall support as required by the hiring department.
