We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant Oracle Field Services
In this role you will be responsible to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders product vendors to document business requirements as well as technical procedural and functional gaps then design/implement effective solutions to address those needs.
Responsibilities:
Working on the New Enhancement Requests requested by the customers
Understand the issue faced by client and analyse the issue and resolve within SLA.
Responsible for conducting various meetings and discussion with client for various issue analysis etc.
Responsible for functionality mapping and Requirement analysis.
Prepare documentation based on client requirement.
Responsible for writing the test cases for the product.
Preparing MD 50 documents for all enhancements and changes.
Prepared MD.120 Documentation based on ticket requirement Good communication skills with positive flexible attitude.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
BE/MBA/ .

Expertise in the Documentation Setups & functional flows for Oracle CRM Modules R12.
Preferred qualifications
Expertise in the Documentation Setups & functional flows for Oracle CRM Modules R12.
Expert in functional configuration setup remediation workarounds functional documentation preparing test plans and user training.
Knowledge of System Administrator tasks related to Programs Menus/Functions Responsibilities and Users etc.
Areas of expertise include Oracle Install Base Oracle Field Service Oracle CRM foundation and Oracle Service Contracts Oracle Teleservices.
Good Exposure in project methodologies like AIM & OUM TCM.
