Duties and responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.
Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients ensuring transparency and understanding.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and crosssell other Ryan services where appropriate.
Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate reflecting any changes correctly.
Education and Experience:
Positive Attitude: You are engaging assertive and bring a positive energy to your role.
Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephonebased customer service experience you understand the importance of excellent client service.
Experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a telephonebased renewals or retentions role with experience of cross selling and up selling.
Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
GoalOriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
Computer Skills:
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
