As Director Digital Marketing you will define and execute Mewss global strategy on paid and owned channels. You will lead a team of marketing specialists that drive performance in channels like Paid Social Paid Search Email SEO and . Youll work with crossfunctional stakeholders within Marketing and the broader gotomarket organization to achieve our business objectives. The right person for this role can build a media plan based on company revenue and pipeline targets have a clear vision for world class reporting analytics and understand the relationship between creative content and channel performance. Youre highly comfortable in Excel and love data and you can also provide constructive feedback on creative assets. This role is an important leader in the marketing organization and will help set a new bar for digital marketing at Mews. You will report into the VP Growth.
Your mission should you choose to accept it
- Partner with the VP Growth to set the global digital marketing strategy across paid and owned channels with a goal of exceeding our pipeline targets
- Manage global digital marketing budget like a portfolio investing in high impact initiatives that will generate positive ROI for Mews
- Work with Marketing Analytics team to build dashboards and reporting functionality that help influence our future investment strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Content and Campaign Management team to deliver alwayson digital marketing campaigns that increase awareness of and demand for Mews
- Tactically lead channel optimizations across paid social paid search Lifecycle (Email) SEO and the Website. Youll know what great looks like and help your team achieve that level of performance
- Lead a culture of experimentation through A/B testing incrementality testing and channel experimentation to unlock new growth levers for Mews
- Set a cadence for performance review and ongoing improvements across your channels
- Work with Email team to build lifecycle journeys and nurture programs that convert existing Marketing contacts into Demos
- Manage a resultsdriven digital marketing team that with a culture of datadriven decision making accountability of channel strategy and ownership of business outcomes
- Work with Customer Success Sales and Product to create a frictionless customer journey where each touchpoint feels connected to platform onboarding Customer Success communications and upsell/crosssell opportunities

Requirements
- 911 years of experience with deep background in global B2B marketing leadership roles
- Player/coach mentality you provide direction but can jump in the weeds if needed
- Track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in the hospitality technology sector
- Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies at companies with direct sales teams
- Proven experience optimizing B2B SaaS metrics including CAC and customer LTV. Track record of improving lead conversion rates in a subscriptionbased business.
- Strong understanding of how to use digital channels to influence B2B buyer journeys in hospitality technology
- Understanding of AI tools with an ongoing curiosity about how to leverage them in the daytoday
- Datadriven approach to B2B marketing with extensive experience in marketing attribution modeling sales funnel optimization and measuring campaign effectiveness across sales cycles
- Experience leading teams while coaching developing talent
