We are looking for an experienced HR and Office Admin to manage and support a growing team of IT service professionals. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of HR and daily operations including recruitment onboarding performance management payroll compliance with sector laws and office facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
A) Talent Acquisition & Management
Be responsible for end to end hiring process create job descriptions post openings screen candidates and manage interviews and offer negotiations.
Ensure smooth onboarding by preparing contracts facilitating orientation and providing necessary resources.
Employee Management through facilitating performance reviews appraisals bonus assessments and exits of employees. Collaborate with team leads to address performance issues.
Manage payroll inputs track attendance and ensure timely submission of timesheets.
Employee Engagement by way of teambuilding activities celebrations and employee benefits programs etc.
B) Office Administration
Formulate implement and review organizational Operations policies like travel HR leave etc.
Ensure the organization complies with prevalent Labor laws and other relevant sectoral regulations.
Manage daily office operations coordinate with vendors for supplies maintenance and infrastructure.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum experience of 4 years of having handled work of a sizeable team.
Masters or bachelors Degree from Business Administration/ Arts/ Operations/ Human Resources Management/ Operations Management
Knowledgeable of Labor laws and sectorspecific compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a growing team prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
