This is a fully remote position located in the United States.


About the Business Development Executive:

As a Business Development Executive youll take point in capturing netnew logos by connecting LoadSprings cuttingedge technology solutions to companies that need to modernize their project controls data environments and digital strategies. Youll sell value not just featuresand youll do it with the tenacity of someone who knows theyre the best at what they do.


What youll do as a Business Development Executive:

  • Own the Hunt: Relentlessly identify qualify and pursue new enterprise prospects through research cold outreach networking and referrals. Youre not waiting for leadsyoure creating them.
  • Build the Pipeline: Strategically drive and manage a highvolume pipeline of new opportunities. Set meetings lead compelling conversations and push opportunities forward with speed and precision.
  • Sell with Purpose: Understand your prospects pain points business goals and tech environments. Then deliver tailored solutions that show how LoadSprings platform and services will solve real problems and drive ROI.
  • Influence Decision Makers: Navigate complex enterprise org charts build strong executive relationships and guide buying groups towards a yes. Lead negotiations with clients and navigate complex sales processes and longterm contract conditions.
  • Partner Internally: Work alongside Marketing to generate demand and finetune campaigns and collaborate with Product to share customer insights and inform innovation.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: Deliver accurate datadriven pipeline reports and forecasts. Own your number and exceed it.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to contribute to LoadSprings strategic sales approach.
Requirements

What you need to be successful as a Business Development Executive:

  • A hunters mindsetyou love the chase and are driven by the win.
  • 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development ideally within the software cloud solutions or project management sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $2 MM annual sales targets and generating new business in a competitive market.
  • Experience selling to AEC projectintensive industries or similar markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions SaaS and project management applications.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (NetSuite experience preferred) and other sales productivity software.
  • Ability to travel at least 25
  • Bachelors degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
