Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement quality assurance policies and procedures for waterproofing projects
- Inspect and test waterproofing materials to ensure compliance with industry standard
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to best practices
- Train and guide teams on quality standards procedures and safety protocols
- Investigate quality issues and lead corrective actions to resolve noncompliance
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and suppliers to integrate quality controls at all stages
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections tests and corrective actions to support certification processes
- Sign off on completed works to formally certify that quality standards and compliance requirements have been met
- Continuously improve quality assurance processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the waterproofing construction or related industries at least 2 years
- Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the waterproofing construction or related industries at least 2 years
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems materials and industry standards.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to oversee teams provide training and enforce quality control measures.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in inspections reporting and compliance checks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams contractors and stakeholders
