You will be joining the growth tribe where we believe that long term learning commitment starts with a great connection with a tutor. Thats why we aim to attract more learners and tutors to the platform create personalized connections between them and make the start of the learning easy and exciting.

Unlike traditional eCommerce sites that focus on quick transactions our approach is built on creating long term relationships between learners and tutors. This requires a deep understanding of customer behavior a 360 view of the marketplace dynamics a creative problemsolving mindset and the ability to balance shortterm wins with longterm outcomes.

The specific team you will join will depend on your unique strengths and interests but your overarching mission will be the same: to foster strong longterm relationships between learners and tutors.

What youll be doing:

You will own one of the most challenging and rewarding areas of our business: Helping our learners find that one tutor that will help them achieve their goals.

• Reinvent how learners find their perfect tutor: Transform our matching experience by deeply understanding learners motivations and barriers. Craft a loveable intuitive supportive and inspiring journey that connects learners with the right tutor to meet their unique goals.
• Personalize the experience: No two learners are the same. Leverage cuttingedge technologies like ML and LLMs to build a highly tailored curated experience that ensures every learner feels understood and supported in their learning journey.
• Empower tutors: Recognize that tutors are half of the perfect match. Develop tools and features that help tutors showcase their strengths and connect with the right learners. Think holistically about the needs of both learners and tutors to create a balanced thriving empathy for our tutors & learners: Talk to our tutors & learners to understand their deepest problems and needs. Combine that with market research to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
• Be an owner: Own features endtoend including defining product requirements based on deep customer empathy driving making thoughtful product decisions and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
• Be biased for action: Balance strategy and developing conviction with quick and lean hypotheses testing to launch MVPs and iterate based on usage and feedback.
• Be data driven: Analyze and make nuanced use of data through our inhouse tools to evaluate the business impact of new features and experiences.
• Be a leader: Inspire the team with a vision and work crossfunctionally to bring the product to life. Become an authority on your product area and identify areas of opportunity through deep customer insight research and data.
• What this role is not: We are not looking for incremental thinkers or individuals who want a script to deliver against. We expect the successful candidate to truly empathize with our tutors and learners and to challenge the status quo to completely reimagine the experience for them.

What you need to succeed:

• Substantial experience in product management preferably in marketplaces.
• Experience in being a handson leader to drive results both through direct product development and through strong endtoend thinking and .
• Appreciation for building deep customer empathy as a critical lever to guiding product strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function. People love working with you.
• Experience building a product in a fast paced and rapid growth environment.
• Ability to support multiple initiatives at different phases of development
• Strong eye for design and desire to create loveable experiences.
• Strong analytical abilities and live and breathe data.
