Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to join Pallavi International School in Hyderabad. This fulltime seniorlevel position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in an educational leadership role. The successful candidate will drive the strategic initiatives of the school ensuring the delivery of topnotch educational programs.
- Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational leadership with a maximum of 10 years preferred to align with the seniorlevel position.
- Proven expertise in leadership with a particular emphasis on educational settings (Mandatory skill).
- Strong capabilities in curriculum development ensuring comprehensive and progressive educational programs (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in strategic planning to foster the schools growth and academic excellence (Mandatory skill).
- Previous experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is required to manage and implement effective teaching strategies.
- CICTL certification is required to demonstrate competence in teaching and instructional leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers parents and the school community.
- Strong problemsolving skills to address and navigate challenges within the school environment effectively.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the schools vision and goals fostering a positive educational environment.
- Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and the specific needs of students.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the educational programs and overall school performance.
- Manage and support faculty and staff promoting a culture of continuous professional development and learning.
- Collaborate with the school community including parents to build effective partnerships in support of student learning.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards maintaining the highest quality of educational service.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance making datadriven decisions to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Provide leadership in the development and management of the school budget ensuring financial resources are used effectively.
