We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our team as a FullTime Staff Development Coordinator. Our ideal candidatewill have a high energy level excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm including some weekends.
Pay Range: $75000 to $95000 per year.
Staff Development Coordinator responsibilities:
- Plan develop implement and monitor orientation and education/ inservices.
- Build relationships with recruiting sources and educational communities.
- Support all administrative nurse roles.
- Audit and track for quality improvement.
- Complete competency based training for all licensed and nonlicensed employees.
- Present training information to DON and Administrator.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Current Minnesota RN or LPN license required.
- 1 year of scheduling experience required.
- Ability to communicate with staff.
- Must be familiar with senior care and our education regulatory needs.
- Computer knowledge in web based systems a must.
