Job Description

Business Data Analytics is a critical function at eero. You will be responsible for analyzing large sets of business data and building automated dashboards and reporting. You will work closely with the Sales Marketing Finance BI Manufacturing and several other Operations teams to develop robust endtoend analytical workflows and datainformed analyses ultimately supporting successful business growth operational efficiency and sales acceleration. As a Business Intelligence Engineer you will be responsible for architecting scalable bestinclass business intelligence solutions and processes in collaboration with our existing technical team members.

Is highly analytical and processdriven can assist with strategic planning and help execute on highimpact projects.
Understands numbers intuitively: if the numbers dont add up you spot it first. If you find yourself or others repeating work you automate it.
Demonstrates ability to think analytically about business product and operational challenges.
Enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast paced startup environment and getting things done.
Is able to work crossfunctionally with many teams and multitasks with a sense of urgency.
Has impeccable attention to detail followthrough and resourcefulness.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze large business and sales data sets to identify patterns understand drivers and generate insights to accelerate sales and drive operational efficiencies
Write queries to extract data and insights combining datasets within eero with Amazon datasets and or/publicly available datasets
Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards and produce valueadded data analyses to enable executive decision making or a change in the status quo
Enable data access literacy and selfsufficiency: You will automate manual data collection and manipulation traditionally done in Excel and create robust data marts where stakeholders can easily generate business insights.
Work closely with our Finance and BI teams on consolidating key data sources in one place building the foundation to enable efficient data analysis across several business teams.
Leverage Amazon systems and tools to effectively work with process and analyze large datasets
Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
3 years of SQL experience
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
