Working in a part time capacity this newly created role will be responsible for:
Assisting with management of emails and other forms of communication
Providing calendar management for Director SA prioritising requests and troubleshooting conflicts.
Undertaking research and preparing documents and reports while developing and maintaining other records filing and document management systems
Support with onboarding and mandatory checks for volunteers
Support with embedding SA legislation and governance into THH policies and procedures.

About you
You will have a certificate or tertiary qualification in business or business administration and/or experience in an administration role or similar. You will also have:
Demonstrated experience in an office coordinator/manager/administration/PA role. Previous notforprofit experience will be highly regarded.
Welldeveloped organisational skills including the ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office365 suite including programs
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people including staff senior executives community members and funders.
