Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAIs GPT Anthropics Claude Llama etc.
- Handson experience with agentic AI conceptsdeveloping systems that autonomously manage and execute tasks using iterative reasoning and planning.
- Experience with Agentic AI framework such as LangChain ReAct
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience integrating LLM APIs and building data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloudbased deployment tools (e.g. AWS SageMaker) and other AWS services (e.g. S3 Lambda EC2.
- Solid understanding of NLP machine learning fundamentals and best practices in model deployment.
- Development Practices:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes for deploying AI models.
- Commitment to writing clean maintainable code and adhering to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- LLM Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI:
- Design develop and optimize prompt strategies for LLMs (e.g. OpenAIs GPT Anthropics Claude) to solve specific business problems.
- Leverage agentic AI techniques to build systems that can autonomously reason plan and execute tasks based on dynamic prompts.
- Experiment with prompt variations parameters and advanced techniques (e.g. fewshot learning prompt chaining) to achieve optimal performance.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of prompts and agentic AI workflows continuously refining them for improved accuracy and business impact.
- Integration & Deployment:
- Work with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate LLM APIs and agentic AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for prompt testing evaluation and deployment.
- Monitor model performance usage and costeffectiveness in production environments implementing iterative improvements as needed.
- Data Analysis & Performance Metrics:
- Analyze interaction data from LLM and agentic AI systems to derive insights and guide improvements.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of AIdriven solutions on business outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
